We are not Amazon. We cannot offer free two-day shipping. We can, however, ship your items securely and safely in a timely manner.
We only use USPS Priority Mail shipping. The rates associated with this are determined by the United States Postal Service and are calculated by the total weight of the package as well as the shipping destination.
Custom Orders are excluded from any Free Shipping promotion.
Please contact us for international orders. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees associated with the order.
If you are local to the Raleigh, North Carolina area and wish to pick up your order in person to avoid shipping fees, arrangements can be made. Please email us prior to ordering to work out the details.
All non-custom items typically ship out in 1-2 business days.
Production times for custom orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to work out the details of your request.
Please confirm that your address is correct before you place and order. We are not responsible for refunds or re-shipments of orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly.
We will make every effort to ensure a safe and timely delivery but please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave the shop. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, include the “Shipping Insurance” add-on with your order.
Return Policy - Returns generally accepted within 30 days of purchase, excluding shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return said item(s). Refunds requested after 30 days of purchase will be handled on a case-by-case basis and we cannot guarantee your request will fulfilled.
